Job Title: Registered Medical Officer (RMO)

Job Summary:

We areseeking a skilled and experienced Registered Medical Officer to join ourmedical team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of clinicalexperience and be qualified in BAMS, BHMS, or MBBS. The RMO will beresponsible for patient care, clinical assessment, and supporting day-to-dayhospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessment, diagnosis, and provide appropriate treatment.
• Handle IPD/OPD patients and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Assist senior doctors and consultants in rounds and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
• Prescribe medications and guide nursing staff on care plans.
• Maintain documentation, case sheets, and hospital records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical standards.
• Coordinate with laboratory, nursing, and administrative teams when required.

Required Qualifications:

• BAMS / BHMS / MBBS (from a recognized institution).
• Valid registration from the respective medical council.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-handling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
